Fidgets are so helpful in a variety of ways! Sometimes we just need something to keep our hands busy so the rest of our bodies and our minds can stay engaged in whatever task we are participating in.
Playing with a fidget can be calming while we sit in class, or in a meeting. They can give our feet some movement while using the foot roller can help us stay seated when our body might be screaming to move.
